Various regional and global media such as AFP, Business Insider, BBC, Bloomberg, CNN, CNBC, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal, have featured his thought leadership. Damien can serve clients in several languages, including English, French, and Vietnamese. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Victoria University, and MBA from the Chicago Booth School of Business.

    Jack is a Director in YCPS Middle East business. Jack has considerable global project management experience and has worked within our business development and consulting operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. Jack has worked extensively with Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining YCP Group, Jack was working for a London-based advisory firm helping to launch and scale its market intelligence services in Ghana, Libya, Egypt, and Myanmar. He has also previously lived in Saudi Arabia, Yemen, UAE, Jordan, and Singapore. He holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

    Nabil is our Abu Dhabi-based Director who has various expertise, including market landscape analysis, financial modeling and due diligence. He's experienced in leading and conducting various projects across the logistics space in the Middle East region, from UAE, Qatar, Iran, Saudi Arabia, to Southeast Asia countries. Prior his works at Market Research UAE, Nabil had worked in Fortune 500 companies, reporting directly to the CFOs , and led more than 30 key markets across Africa, the Middle East and Asia. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The American University of Beirut.

    Alaa is an analyst at YCP Solidiance working on project analytics, conducting research and stakeholder interviews, and developing client reports. Prior to joining YCP Solidiance, she gained experience working in both public and private institutions in the Industrial Chemicals, Petroleum, and Finance sectors. Alaa specializes in growth strategies and PMO performance management and monitoring projects. Alaa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and speaks English, Arabic, and French fluently.


    Christian is an Analyst at YCP Solidiance who has worked on projects across the GCC Markets. Christian joined YCP Solidiance after several years of working in different industries including financial manufacturing and industries. He has worked on a Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman growth and expansion strategy for a Saudi geosynthetics player and a Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and UAE Construction Materials growth strategy for a global plastic film manufacturer. These projects included market sizing, market segmentation, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations for market expansion. Christian completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Financial Engineering from Notre Dame University, has completed a Business Analytics course at Harvard Business School Online, and has received his CFA Level 1. He is a native Arabic speaker and is fluent in English.
